fixed the problem (see below) by changing Config.pm back to: # CustomerPriority # (If the customer can set the ticket priority) $Self->{CustomerPriority} = 1; it appears to be a bug (#159) in this feature. i get the same error with or without the following line in CustomerMessageNew.
