very nice but the frontend could use a little work, usability-wise.
My question: I have otrs tied into a LDAP for the agent accounts. So
the
accounts get properly created when they try to login. But when t

I have searched in all the settings but still can't find how to change
the message that is displayed in the ticket overview. As it is now
OTRS allways displays the last customer message, but I want it to
display just the last message, no difference if it is from the
customer or from the agent,

Before changing the log size in config.pm, you need to run
../scripts/CleanUp.pl
Then change the Conig.pm
Restart apache

We often have the problem, that customers send mails without ticket
number and those mails become new tickets in otrs. I would like to
assign these Mails to another ticket as if it was a normal "reply".
