What is its purpose?
How can I change the default?

I realized that OTRS acts weird in some functions (one of them is Move into)
when a systems user name has turkish characters or a queue name has turkish
characters. When I look the OTRS tables I see that the turkish characters
shown as weird characters. I am using SuSE 9.1 and it has mysqld4.0.x
Another issue setting the bcc field into Config.pm or using it from the
response form:
The bcc field appears in the email header:
From: OTRS <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: Customer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Bcc: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Any idea?

I have succeeded in configuring OTRS to use my SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 9
as a LDAP server. My configuration is below and it *only* works with 1.3.2. I
have upgraded from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 and I don't get any error messages now.
