I realized that OTRS acts weird in some functions (one of them is Move into) when a systems user name has turkish characters or a queue name has turkish characters. When I look the OTRS tables I see that the turkish characters shown as weird characters. I am using SuSE 9.1 and it has mysqld4.0.x
