Title: Attachments in otrs
I am trying to change the directory where the attachments end up in otrs. In order to do so I created a new directory in otrs and put the following lines in the Config.pm:
# article fs dir
$Self->{ArticleDir} = '/opt/otrs/uploads';
But the attachments still end u
I want the customers to see all the tickets that are there in any queue
right now. Is there a way that this can be done?..
I see the company tickets link in the customer view, but this doesnt
seem to be working. I have setup customer<->user groups. What else do I
need to do?

Have you tried this yet? You may wish to refer to my previous message
(attached) on a similar topic. I get results from all Ous if I don't get
too granular - the problem I'm facing is that I also get computer names too
- there's no filter to only select records which are of type "user".

Didn't work. Apache is my user/group as well. It's the user, the
permissions on the directory are 755, and it still doesn't work. Maybe
I have a setting in a file wrong... I'll check the Alias sections in my
config files, and make sure about them.
