Hi.
I'm trying to install OTRS over Linux Red Hat ES 5 using a Oracle database, but
it doesn´t work.
When I run otrs.checkModules, it says that I have all except DBD::mysql,
which I suppose that I don't need.
If I run CheckDB.pl I receive next error

Hi all,
We are a development team from Turkey. We gave support to various
customers and we would like that customize TO: section at customer
frontend at new ticket section.
For example customer X can only see and submit ticket to XCompTickets

Hi,
I've been working on this problem several times throughout 2004 when I
first stepped on it (see

f.e.). When enabled, OTRS send a message to the ticket customer every
time the ticket status changes. That was not what I wanted, as
Oh yeah, and you do probably have to install the full client as well

Hello!
I'm admin of OTRS. I need to periodically check for list of locked tickets,
analyse, who locked it, when. And sometimes I need to unlock some locked ticket.
Auto-unlock is not what I need, I need to have possibility to do it manually.
Is it possible?

At some point during our life of OTRS, we seem to have gained an Item
into our navbar with no description etc. It appears between the 'Logout'
and 'Preferences' items, and is just a broken image with an ALT tag full
of junk code.
Looking at the page source, there is an unterminated string

I would try the 'full' oracle client software rather than the instant client -
having had problems with this in the past.
Also it seems you have another problem with your logging
Hi Brett,
According to the manual, this is the final portion of the procedure

Hi Frank,
Help me understand, that problem with pending reminder it's only on one
specific ticket, not on every 'pending remindered' ticket, tight?
However, databese inserts are not related to cron jobs, they sholud be
committed when you submit the page, maybe some kind of table corruption?
Hi,
as far as I remember, customers can open ticket only in the queues they
belong to, so if customer X can only see queue XCompTickets, it can only
open new tickets in that queue.
You need to configure it at queue level (create a group XGroup which is
assigne to XCompTickets, and insert all X
