You can use the FAQ fort hat purpose.
In our company we use an additional, separate and re-designed FAQ clone
to organize mail templates (programmed by otrs.com). Comes pretty handy.

I have otrs 2.2.6 installed and running. However, I want to upgrade to 2.2.7 now
. When I looked at the file UPGRADING, it only says how to upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2.
What is the procedure to follow for upgrading to 2.2.7 from 2.2.6?

Thanks Nils...but it is nightmare without rpm :(
Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the best way for source installation upgrading
but what I did was:
(1) Unpack the downloaded new package into a new directory.
(2) Ran the Setpermissions.sh script
(3) Copied across all the installation specific

nach einem Upgrade von ITSM auf die aktuelle Version 1.1.2 sind die ganzen
Menüpunktio von ITSM wie Config-Item oder Location aus der Menüleiste
verschwunden. In der Menüleiste findet man also nur Ticket, FAQ,
Statistik, Einstellungen und Admin. Ansonsten ist die ganze
der Agent muss sich auch in den ensprechenden ITSM-Gruppen befinden. Das hört
sich so an als wär dies nicht so. Das Problem hatte ich auch schon ;-)
Ja vielen Dank, das wars. Manchmal kommt man einfach nicht auf so etwas
naheliegendes. ;-)
