Are there any database implications in moving from OTRS 2.2.4 to OTRS 2.2.7?
Can I simply export the database on one system and import it on another?
If so,

Hello! We are running 2.2.5 on Win Server 2003. Problem: When we get
certain kinds of spam, the POP3 functionality of the database gags on the
spam, and email stops flowing from our email server to OTRS. It appears
that this problem is solved in 2.2.7 after having read the release notes.

Thank you! I was really scratching my head on that one. A Customer Users <->
Customer Company admin page would be cool to see in the future.

I recently had to increase the "max_allowed_packet" in mysql to 2M:
In /etc/my.cfg add the line:
max_allowed_packet=2M
Then restart mysql. Not sure if this'll help as I have no idea what os
and db you are running.
