I'm reporting problems from customer and agent that with firefox 3.0.x are getting a FullSpell is not existant warning and then richtext format area for compose request and answer. Disabled it for now as WA. Are you experiencing the same problems ? Tx. MV

I think that the best is to install new otrs and then sync the files. I've made many changes in configuration of otrs. For example create clients,groups,roles, queues, autoresponds. and the Sysconfig options. I clients, etc. is stored in the DB, so syncing the files would have no effect.

Only problem with the transfer is that the databases structure may change from version to version.  The upgrade scripts are one way (upgrade). You'd have to custom a downgrade script and it would potentially cause problems. It would be far easier to maintain consistent versions across each

Hallo Georg Falls Du procmail nicht verwendest, kannst DU diese Fehlermeldung ignorieren. Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob das Script mit der Fehlermeldung abbricht (und damit nicht die Berechtigung aller Dateien sauber setzt) oder die Fehlermeldung auswirft und dann trotzdem zu Ende läuft.
