Sure enough! I don't know how I missed that. My google-fu failed me,
likely because I was looking for "WYSIWYG OTRS" instead of "richtext OTRS".
Thanks :)

I really, really dislike the WYSIWYG editor. If plain text was good
enough for my grandfather, it is good enough for me!
Seriously, it causes problems, and does not add one single good thing to
our ticketing experience. Does anyone know how we can get rid of it
without downgrading? Have search
Hello,
I am having some difficulties getting GNUPGP and OTRS 2.4.4 functioning
properly.
For starters, here is my setup:

I also have Thunderbird and Enigmail installed to
I'm very hesitant about running something on command line that I'd expect in
the application to do without more information. It seems pretty low risk, but
this is a production system.
When does it typically run?
What are the chances it will mess up the installation?

So it looks like if there is an embedded or linked image in the HTML

I just upgraded to 2.4.4 this week on a Windows install and the File
logging is working fine for me. Has been working in previous versions as

isn't much help.
I can configure it through the Admin GUI just fine. Silly question, bu

Hi all,
Would like to know how to sort the tickets in this way:
The upper tickets must be the ones that hasn't had a* reply* longer from
the OTRS agents.

I put this into Config.pm
$Self->{'LogModule'} = 'Kernel::System::Log::File';
$Self->{'LogModule::LogFile'} = 'D:/OTRS/otrs/var/log/otrs.log';
It's supposed to work via Sys Config, but not for me. I don't know if
this is an issue with the Windows version of OTRS or not

It's supposed to be automatic. Fro me, most emails are shown in HTML.
But some are still shown as text, with the HTML as a file attachment. So
there's some issues with HTML still.
Try sending emails from different sources. Maybe it doesn't like the
HTML you're sending it.
