Since we added a new pending auto state called pending auto open we get

case, maybe, you forgot a ; !
When do you have this error ? Always ? after which actions ?

PS: After you changed SysConfig, use bin/otrs.CacheDelete.pl (because dashboard
widgets are cached).

System unübersichtlich machen, z.B. alte oder fehlerhaft angelegte
Queues die nicht benötigt werden.
Leider kann man diese nur auf inaktiv setzen und nicht löschen. Besteht
irgendeine Lösung solche alten Einträge

in etlichen Hilfen habe ich nachgelesen, dass die Zeit bis zur
Sessionbeendigung durch den Parameter Core::Session::SessionMaxTime festgelegt
wird. Voreingestellt liegt er auf 57600 (Sekunden). Das wären insgesamt 40
Stunden bis ich rausgeworfen werde. Leider werde ich als
