Yes, you can install to /home/otrs, for instance, though you'll need to change the otrs apache config to reflect that path (change all /opt to /home), as well as in Config.pm $Self->{Home} = '/home/otrs'; Note that this may require a manual install of the source, check for dependencies, etc. Re
