I followed a old suggestion from this list and use PHPmyadmin to import
CSV's works well.

to add /aspell , I had it going to just /bin.

I have ASpell loaded already (use it with opera), how to I get OTRS to use
it. I tried adding the full filepath in sysconfig, but still doesn't work,
zero errors found always.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I did end up using
phpmyadmin, as I had already made the size changes to PHP. The problem was
mysql though. Adding :
[mysqld]
max_packet_size=50m to the my.ini file was the fix. Thank you for the
help.

made the change in my.ini file. I set it to a size larger than the dump file
(file is 29m I set it to 31m). I still can not import using phpmyadmin. I
have been told phpmyadmin has trouble with large file. Is there another

Need a little help with regex to parse a email address from the body of a
email and set it as ContactID
The email address appears like this in the body (on its own line):
Email:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I have tried this (I don't know regex I was just guessing):

Ok, need a little help with the "How to" . I looked in Admin under
Postmaster Filter, I saw no option for Body so I went into Core::PostMaster.
Since I didn't see a PostmasterX-Header for Body, I added one. Then I
checked Postmaster::PreFilterModule###1-Match:For the Match I put Body
and the S
is one of the form fields. How can we set up OTRS to parse the
emailaddress out of the body and assign it as X-OTRS-CustomerNo . Can this
be done?
