The config option is multiuserids. If you look into
http://doc.otrs.org/1.3/en/html/customer-user-backend.html#AEN771 it may help
you out.

and I have also
turned on customer groups but they can't see company tickets. I am running
Redhat FC2 and I am running OTRS 1.3.2. Please let me know if anyone has
any ideas why the users can't view each others tickets under company
