When I compose a reply to a ticket, the signature is inserted into the textarea and
can be altered if necessary. I have also set the format in Config.pm using
$Self->{ResponseFormat}
This is all good.
However, when I compose a new email, the signature is not visible in the textarea but
gets add

I must be missing something here - how do I completely delete a ticket from the
database? For example, spam - I don't want to close them, I want to remove them
