I think I found a bug on installation
I had to make chmod 750 /opt/otrs because it was not readable nor executable by group
so I got always a 403 error (Forbidden ) at the browser, till I change mode of /opt/otrs

Is there any way to upgrade directly from 0.5 beta8 to 1.1.3, without passing through 1.0.1 ?

I can receive receive requests by two ways, by phone registering it in

Hi,
I noticed the OTRS doesn't send a copy to the customer email of the New
Ticket opened by a customer phone call.
It is very important for us that OTRS were able to do that in order to have
the customer informed of the registrations made by the system.
If this feature exist, I didn't find it.
Hi,

Hi Martin,
I could solve my problem: when creating a new ticket, i get "500 server
internal error"
(I'm using Red Hat 7.3)
I did this:
# usermod -G apache otrs
# ~otrs/bin/SetPermissions.sh /opt/OpenTRS otrs apache users apache
Then I obtain an error on the web, when creating a ticke
t does OTRS_USER and WEBSERVER_USER resfers to.
Then I check $Self->{Home} in my Kernel/Config.pm. It is $Self->{Home}=/
opt/OpenTRS
Then I tryed again to create a new ticket at customer.pl, but got the same
bad result.
Do you need me to send any configuration file or something?
