Hi all,
I read in OTRS manual that using perl modules is faster than pure CGI.
How can I check which one I'm using?
Once I've checked, how can I switch from either one to the other?
Cheers,

Hi there,
still with ash on my head :-), this morning I went for missing modules
installation.
I had to update CPAN, install missing components (gcc, g++) and
libraries (gdlib, pnglib) but now it's all set, as checkModules confirmed.
So I logged back into OTRS, went for graphic stats and, ops,
installed then:
localhost# cd /opt/otrs
localhost# perl –MCPAN -e shell;
Then install the module you need, eg:
cpan> install Net::DNS
Note
I am using FreeBSD 5.4

Filippo,
Are you using an internal DNS server which is set as authoritative for
condor.it ? If so, does your internal DNS know about the MX records?

Hi,
I've installed OTRS (2.0.4) on a Debian 4.0 (Etch) server: I've followed
"the easy way", using the .deb package.
I can log in and play around while reading OTRS docs. Everything looks fine.
