Be sure "Yes" is not chosen for the OTRS admin notification preferences,
and/or the OTRS admin doesn't have anything in its "My Queues".

Trying to chase down why I'm getting duplicate notifications.
One says "Hi OTRS", the other "Hi "
Seems to me this is a setting somewhere regarding sending notifications to the
administrator. Will probably smack myself once someone reminds me where this
is...

I have re-re-re-run the permissions script, still no love. Does anyone have any
ideas as to what I might be missing here?

I should also note the error message:

additionally, accessing via https.
It only affects certain bits of functionality, other stuff works fine.

One fo our agent users keeps getting this message popping when he's in the
middle of replying to tickets and at other random points. It occurs even while
he's typing.
I just upgraded to 3.02 - any thoughts as to server-side or client-side issues
that could cause this?

I would like to be able to allow agents to toggle showing closed tickets in the
status view, as well as include the next description in a report.
I've googled and bumped around in sysconfig and have not been able to find
anything definitive...
Thanks

I'm trying to find the cubbyhole where the window title/system name is set -
we are starting to implement a couple of OTRS instances and I need to visually
differentiate them. Header and foot colors would be handy, as well as changing

Here are the relevant portions of Config.pm. Sorry if too verbose for the
list. Admin interface allows me to query the ldap tree, but cannot login as a

# This is an example configuration for an LDAP auth. backend.
Once logged in as admin user I can query the ldap tree without difficulty.
But customer users cannot login
What am I missing?
User record not being created at first login? If so how do I correct this?

I had given up on getting LDAP support working over a year ago - but I'm going
to give it another try as OTRS has evolved...
What I want is for users to be able to login using their LDAP credentials to
the customer front end. SSO would be even better, but that can wait.
Admin login via ldap
Just testing - been a few minutes and my own message hasn't shown up.
