I would also want to know more regarding this issue, do I just put the
line in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm, and how would the system know who
are the ticket supervisor
Sorry, I'm new to otrs. I just enabled the Watcher feature and then
the agents can subscribe to tickets in the tickets' zoom vi
I would like to know if anyone has implemented this functionality
in the new beta and if you can then tell me how to go about
implementing it.
enable TicketWatcher: in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm add the following
line:
