Hi guys, I have this system that it's sending error messages to a specific
queue in my Otrs installation. Sometimes the email subject is too long (more
than 255 characters) and I'm getting an error on the Otrs db side since the
"title" column in the ticket table is a 255 varchar.

Actually they are two different questions:
1- Has anyone got OTRS running with Postgres 8.4? I have it with 8.3 and
it's working great but there are these new windowing functions in pgsql
8.4 that would help me a lot to build some reports and I kinda would
like to upgrade. Before trying it out in

I have OTRS 2.4.2 running in a CentOS box and a lot of happy users :)
The thing I still haven't found how to do is to replace the default
english/german spellcheckers that came with the system.
I installed support for spanish/brasilian portuguese in ispell/aspell
and I can see them
