Hello again!
OTRS 3.3 is now runnning production here and I like what I see a
ld is there in time_accounting, but I can't quite figure
out how to get it shown in the Zoom view...
I realize this might require .dtl-editing at this stage, but what would
the field be called in a way that I can access?
Apart from those little nitpicks, OTRS 3.3 is AWESOME!

Filter='(&(cn=ulh)(mail=*)) means ulh is a common name and has an
email address in ldap.

I'm seeing the same thing with at least one use here.
I can log in just fine, as well as a few others, but one user who has tried,
gets this error.
I have checked all the attributes - they are fine. No different from the rest
of us.
It's the same LDAP backend as before.
On the OTRS 3.2 system,
ion.
If you cannot find the problem, please post a detailed bug report with
files that I can look at and I will try and reproduce the problem.
thanks,

Are there any plans for making Due date something that can actually be

I am currently investigating how to link e.g. a Computer object from

Hi there.
It seems that when you reply to a case via e-mail you are automatically assumed
to be a customer and the SLA times for first reply and/or followup reply is not

In our case, many agents prefer to update their cases by e-mail, so how can I

Hi yet again.
Is there a way I can return only parts of the Customer Data on the PDF printout?
For example, I want to exclude the Comment field and there may be others that
are just as well not to print.
If I could use a different view when printing, that would be fine

It looks like the Owner field is always populated thusly : UserLastname

You need to find the .dtl file from the Standard theme that includes the CSS

If they are already there, you should search and replace 'Standard' with 'GOPS'

In my case, I have copied header.dtl and changed th

If Junk and Misc are still 'owned' by the 'users' group, that would be

I have created a different group that I have assigned e.g. Junk to so
that 'users' do not see it.
