[otrs] Modify notification emails to include attachments

I am using OTRS 2.0.4 on a SuSE 10 box. I have the system setup to send out notification emails when a new ticket is created. I would like to set it up so that the email also includes any attachments that may have been put into the ticket. I see various tags that are available for customizin
