If there is a need to bind an administrative account to read some
attributes from your ldap you need to set config items like this:
$Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::SearchUserDN'} = 'cn=admin,dc=company,dc

a good solution is to add your user account to the OTRS mailbox-readers
and -writers. so you may copy the hole mail via your mailclient in this
folder. with this procedure you don't change mail headers.

"process_id" stores among others ids of PostMaster processes. Look for
this process in your process list with "ps -ef". If no one is running
delete process id from database table.
But why do you run PostMaster.pl manually? A cron job does it for you.
