Hi All,
I want to detect autoresponse E-Mails from otrs. (I don't want them in
backups.) Do they all contain
X-Loop: bulk
in the header?
Or does someone know a better way, detecting autoresponse Mails?

We'd like to use customer information, to escalate tickets: from an
external user db, we extract customer info (Map => ...). One of the
customer infos is UserVIP. If this is "1", an extra Email should be sent
to a supervisor. Does someone know, how I can treat those tickets in a

I am not sure, if that's what You need:
We had the problem, that all agent sould be able, to answer all follow
up tickets.
So I created a sub-queue of the standard queue and threw all locked
tickets in there. Our agents always answer their tickets with "waiting
for successfull close+". If a cu
