Stig,
Have a
look at the SystemStatsGeneric.pm script in the ./otrs/scripts directory. It
should not be to difficult to extend this script into something you are asking
for.
Good
luck,

you own Config.pm to only point to that
queue, tickets will always be stored in there and you have total control
over the reply.
Good luck,

Hi Paul,
I am not that familiar with Procmail but if you have a look at
http://www.xray.mpe.mpg.de/mailing-lists/procmail/ and do a search for
"attachment" I am pretty sure you will find an example or solution for your
attachment problem. Same goes for the HTML issue. You can force the tickets

Leonardo,
Can you try to be a bit more specific, it is a bit unclear what you are
trying to ask, do you want to delete the ticket or don't you?
Cheers,

Hi Deepen,
It is exactly as Robert says: you cannot stop time.
Without getting into some kind of meta-discussion, the question is how do
you define 'Age'? In the case of the Customer ticket overview it is nothing
more than the difference between the creation time of the ticket and the
moment it's
Hi Thau,
I do not
have a ready-to-run solution for you but the first file that you will need to
take a look at is bin/mkStats.pl. This is the cron job that generates the
actual statistics on
a daily
(nightly) basis. Increasing the y-axis is the easy part as mkStats.pl provides
a comma
Hi Norbert,
First of all I am not sure whether the way you are storing the password in
the database is correct. You need to check the OTRS code
(Kernel/System/User.pm) on how the system stores passwords (encrypted!)
Secondly check whether the user is still valid (valid_id == 1 in table
system_use
, there is a database pic in
your OTRS distribution at doc/otrs-database.dia or a .png export on the OTRS ftp
server at: ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/misc/otrs-1.1-database.png that gives you all
the details about the relationships.
Good luck,
Tom Hesp

It is possible to influence the way Customer

manage which agents can manage customer users.
Not quite the same as managing customer
users directly within the PhoneView,
but at least you don’t have to go to the trouble of doing it from the customer
interface – it works for us,
hope it helps.
