he actual database itself? If you are not comfortable analyzing the database from command promt, just do a search for frontends on sourceforge or freshmeat. You will find good tools that'll do all the work for you. --Turi ___ OTRS mailing lis

[otrs] Smart people!

I was messing around with various files in OTRS when I stumbled across this line: "X-Wanted: I think you are smart. I'm looking for smart people!" I did a simple grep and its present in header, login and printheader dtls. I'm definitely not that smart ;) but what is
