Hi,
I managed to use HTTPBasicAuth for Customer-Login.
But when I open the customer.pl the system says Panic! No UserData.
I understand that the User can't be in the DB, but I don't know how to
tell it should create a new user if it's unknown (like UserSyncLDAPMap
for LDAP).
Can I use

Ich habe OTRS jetzt soweit dass sowohl die Customer als auch die
Agent-Anmeldungen per LDAP (M$ ADS) klappen.
Allerdings benötige ich jetzt noch ein Single-Sign on. Laut doc.otrs.org muss

Ich hab mich gestern den ganzen Tag (und leider zum ersten mal) mit OTRS
beschäftigt und hab es jetzt mal soweit dass ich mich per LDAP authentifizieren
kann.
Allerdings weiss ich nicht wie ich jetzt weiter machen muss!?
Ich will OTRS im Intranet publizieren damit unsere Internen
