In the latest OTRS version - with the latest firefox - we cant click on html
links any more.
There is simply nothing happening when you do a left-mouse click on a link
in a document.
If you use [CTRL] - left mouse (or right click and "open in new tab") than
its working.

I connected the backend to our ldap (like the agent interface) and
everytime I log in i get "No auth record in 'customer_user'" - if

How can I combine several BaseDN's for authentification.
e.g.
BaseDN1: ou=b,ou=a,o=hbd
BaseDN2: ou=c,ou=a,o=hbd
(To search through ou=a,o=hbd is not possible, as there are other subtrees
that contain the user data - 'duplicated entries found')?

our Nortel Merdian switch. The callcenter module supports TAPI and other CTI
stuff in diffrent ways, so i see it no diffrent that if it had been a normal

The OTRS rpm does not includes the perl module correct
into the apache config files.
If you use Suse then edit the file /etc/sysconfig/apache2 and
take care that 'perl' is included like in the following line:
