In SysConfig *Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew,
CustomerPanelSelectionType: SystemAddress* you are also able to list
only otrs email adress instead of OTRS queues.
If you have x queues attached to otrsaddr...@company.com, you can just
list otrsaddr...@company.com
