We're running OTRS on Linux with full AD integration including single sign-on,

Just in case it's helpful to anybody. This is how I implemented SSO witn
NTLM authentication on SLES.
I know there is a howto about it on wiki but it was missing few bits in my
case.
1) Installed Apache2::AuthenNTLM module by running:
# perl -e shell -MCPAN
cpan[1]> install Apache2::Authe

I was wondering about this as well.
In this (or was it the german OTRS list? I forgot!) I'm getting the
impression that quite a few people are actually using OTRS on Windows.

I'm installing OTRS on 2 systems today, Windows Server 2008 R2 and SLES11.
We'll see how it goes.
I'm familiar with linux, however my colleagues are not. They would prefer it
to be on Windows in case I leave the company or break my leg ;)

We have started running OTRS on Windows Server 2008 R2.
We are currently investing in how to migrate to Linux because we have
unstable performance, more need for windows updates (and necessary repoobts)
and the system log for OTRS which is only enabled for linux.
