Found the problem. I was creating agents by adding them to the role. A
role was associated with a group. This worked for being able to work
with the tickets. However, they did not show up in the search options
or in the change owner options. I went to the group settings and set
them there
When I go to do a search only some of my Agent/Owner's show up. I have
6 and I only see 3 of them. Any idea what the problem is?
