They did work out a salary for the Team Midwives in Mackay but that did not stop them from closing us down. We were all paid as level two so they said that it made us too expensive as there were too many level two's around. We worked some call (nights) and flexi time so there was never any ove

MessageI'm not necessarily saying that this is the case in this instance, but often these URGENT type virus warnings are either complete hoaxes or a cover for a virus themselves. Perhaps there should be a guideline for posting these types of warnings where only the list moderator is able to do so

One of the hospitals that I am actually conducting research is Liverpool Hospital. I have not commenced the field work as of yet- but it should be happening by next month. My interaction with midwives/obstetricians and the women should cast light on some of the questions that you have raised
