[pacman-dev] [PATCH] Pluralize callback string

Hi. The MSYS2 package repositories are hosted on SF.net. Their balancers and/or mirrors are having problems from time to time and the users are then complaining about being unable to update databases or install packages. SF.net support says 10 seconds slow-timeout is too low. I didn't find many
