Hi there. I'm under the impression that a 192 bit file has more highs in it
than a 128 bit file. It probably is a personal preference, but I would
think that with a smaller file size, you would lose highs; but for music, it
would depend on what you like. I haven't done recordings of MP3's yet, b
Something else must be causing a problem with real as I have always been
able to close it with alt-f4. Try alt-f x.

Hi, Everyone! I'm running Windows 98SE and in the past, I was able to connect a
satellite radio PCR to the computer. Since I got the computer repaired, when I tried
to install the software for the radio Ico not finish the installation. The software
installed, but no USB driver is present. I
It's a personal preference thing. A lot of us, for music, have no problem
with 128-big music files. For some reason, some (not all but some) people
who prefer higher bit rates are of the opinion that if you don't agree
with them, it's somehow a personal attack on them. 32-bit is the generally

Hello, everyone, including happy encoders everywhere!
Got a question for ya! How come some of you prefer music at 192? Does that really
make a difference than 128? Just wondering.
I also encode talking books. Started doing this some time last year. When I first
started, I was doing books a
Sometimes I experience this as well. I have found, that if you minimumize
the application, and then go back into, you can sometimes close it. If that
doesn't work, hit the alt key, and arrow up or down to exit. That's what I
do usually.
Some of you may not know this, but I have been able to play
since i went to real ten, most of the time i have to exit via the menu
key.At 06:18 PM 05/11/2004, you wrote:

Hi Larry. The first thing I'd suggest is to not get the exact make and
model sound card for the second one. As for screen readers I'd make the
current sound card as the default and that way Window-eyes will work

Hi. I have a multi channel sound card which has problems with line in but works fine
otherwise. I'm purchasing a second multi channel sound card as much of what I do
involves line in recording. I'm considering keeping the old sound card on board as
well, assigning it to Jaws and Window Eyes. Any

Hello Ibby,
I used it straight out of the box but to be honest, with a little time
spent, you could improve it's usability by making some frames to to read the
position of markers etc, I just haven't had a chance to have a go at it.

I installed Real 10 recently. It seems to be working well, but it won't
close, either by using alt f4, or by clicking close with the mouse button.
I always have to use End Task. Is there something I can do about this?

I was very happy with the quality of the sound output. My only problem was
my location. In Winnipeg, all of the more powerful FM transmitteres are in
the south end of the city, several of them over 100,000 watts, effectively
clobbering any attempt at a weak signal like that provided by the C.

I don't think that you can use sound recorder because if I am correct, it
has a bult in limitation as to how long it can record a sound for before it
will automatically stop and there is nothing that you can do to change it.
