Steve! If you open the M3U with Notepad or some other text editor you'll see that it's a list of titles and paths to MP3 files on your computer. It's a play list. It doesn't mean anything without those MP3s and the paths. Once you put the M3U and MP3s on another machine it probably wouldn'

If the MP3 files are the same bitrate and if they were created at the same bit resolution and sampling rate then you can copy them together with the DOS Copy command. Maybe it can be done with these parameters differing but I don't know. I'm sure it depends on the player also. Anything can

My favorite deck is the Sony MDS-JE640. It has sp and lp mode and one can set a track marker by just pressing the jogdial while listening to an md. The deck then goes into rehersal mode, which lets you adjust the trackmarker, before it is finally set. With newer decks, at least with the MDS-JE780,
