Hi Keith,
Well, there are a number of light probes available. I use one
manufactured in the UK and while the manufacturer (RNIB?) still produces
a light probe, the one I use isn't available anymore. Every distributor
of stuff for the blind should have at least one light probe, check with

Hello Mr. Lang,

Please tell me more about this light probe and where I can get one?
Very interesting!
Thanks...Keith

I've read much of the H4 manual. It seems like it could be fairly easy to
use. It all depends on how the menus work with the scroll wheel.
Here is the page with the manual which is in pdf format.

Darrell,
The product page mentions the R09, but not the R01, but it was my
understanding that both units, the R1 and R9 used the same power adapter so
it might be possible. If I were you I would give Sound Professionals a call
and speak to tech support to see what's up. The lady that answers the
Hi,
Anyone know if this is only for the R09 or would also work on the older R-1?

Hi.
I didn't say the universal adapter had a usb port on it. The universal
charger I referred to was for Camcorder batteries. There are ac adapters
however that you can purchase that are designed for charging cell phones and
or PDAs, or I pods that charge from a usb port.
--Warmest regards,
I've seen the posts on this battery pack. Where does it connect and what
kind of connector is used? Also, I have one more question for those who own
this product and that is if the battery dies or you change the battery does
the unit hold your settings or go back to default?
thanks,
Judy
HI rick, what kind of universal adapter has a USB end on it? I have a couple of
3
to 12 volt adapters, but nothing like that!

I think a much better solution for a case for the R9 is a trip down to
Circuit City, or Wall-mart or any place else that sells a ton of different
digital camera cases in all kinds of varying sizes and shapes. This way you
can just about custom fit the case to your own particular needs. That's

Regarding this battery pack for the R9, make sure you are getting the one

There is one battery pack that sells for $39.99 that claims 16 hrs of

Hi Chris,
Actually, this is different than an on-air radio station. Even when the
station is not broadcasting, its transmitter usually continues to emit a
carrier. That's why you can usually hear silence instead of static when a
station is not broadcasting any content.

Chris is otherwise correct. Start broadcasting and you'll notice the server

Hi. Uh, you do have to be streaming something in order to be able to
