to convert .rm files to .mp3 files to play on my Book Port. These files
result from capturing programs from the BBC with Replay A/V and retaining
them in their native format on my computer. The program is now incl
that's right. It's been a long time since I've really thought about the
different rela audio extentions. thanks for refreshing my memory.

stream on the fly. I can't seem to make either work. It sort of feels
as if Replay isn't "seeing" the stream to capture.

Why would anyone have RM files? Perhaps because there were media files in
this format on some site; some radio stations have archives like this, for
example.
As far as I know Goldwave doesn't support Real Media format, at least 4.26
doesn't, haven't tried newer versions. Anyway, there is a program

The whole idea of stream capture is so that your sound card is not
used during the recording process.
Have you atempted to schedule a show to be recorded at a specific time of day?
Or are you just atempting to record a show as it plays? If so, find a

I've not been able to get the stream capture function of Replay AV to
work. After reading the posts on this list, I feel as if I must be
pretty dumb.
I am using Windows ME and jaws 7.1.
When I click on the button to start the stream capture, the sound goes
entirely away as if it
i am not certain but mediacoder should do the job. If not theres is a
program called tiney video converter which may help
