I record several programs on Replay AV. With some I find that the resulting
recording is broken up into as many as 10 or 12 files over a 2 or 3 hour show.
I've checked all the settings I can find and thought it might be to do with the
splitting oprion. But it does not.

Yes, I'm interested, but try and make such a tutorial more applicable to
screen reader users generally please, after all I know a lot of people using
screen readers other than JFW.

A friend is desperately trying to play standard 48khz/192-bit MPG
files with Winamp. He doesn't know if any picture is showing, but
certainly there is no sound. I had him check to see if DirectShow was
in use, and it is. I tried having install the AC3 default codec pack

If I want to normalize the audio level in my output files, which is
the better thing to do, use RMS or peak values, and what are good

I have a 2 hour 17 minute file in wma that I need to burn to cd. I know
it will be about three disks worth. Is there a program that will easily
let me split the file without converting to something else first?
Can this be done within WMP?
Thanks.
