No, B&O being Bang And Olvsin, hope I spelt that correctly .
Now there are several Logitech Boom models and the UE Boom is the one I’m
referring to, I’d put it just behind the Bose Soundlink III in quality but not
by much and that says a lot for the Bose actually given its smaller size.

Well, I have heard of the logitec, but haven't actually heard that
particular unit. And I'm not sure what you meant by b&o. I know you're
familiar with B&W, so don't guess that was the question. Color me
confused. I have heard neither the Braven that I initially asked about,
nor the B&W t7.

Shame you can’t be with your Bose Soundlink III, I wouldn’t be without mine.
So a less costly alternative, have you looked at the Logitech UE - Ultimate

well, sounds reasonable enough but doesn’t go quite as loud
I have, or should I say had, a Bose Soundlink 3 speaker for use with

I would agree, this software is completely accessible. if I was being really
picky, the 2 minor points I don't like so much about it, are that it doesn't
seem to have that many really high quality output options, and I also find
the volume a bit low on the audio files it produces. a quick run th
Hi, try DVD Audio Extractor; just Google it and you'll find it. It's

are free; I use it; it's about as accessible as things get; I'm sure there
are other options but others can fill you in on those, but for my money DVD

Why don't you change your antivirus software? Sounds like it love to mess it up.

I've still never gotten a response from Tapin Radio regarding this issue. I
have had to stop using the program because I don't even have an original
list of stations from when I installed it.

Just ordered my Christmas present, a new Samsung Galaxy Note3 phone though its
said that this phone is a cross between a tablet and a phone.
I'll let you know how I get on, starting and setting up is usually the most
difficult task but after that's done I don't see any major issues springing up.
I have been using the original version for two or three months. I
understand RNIB has just brought out a new version.
The sound quality is very low-fi.

I mentioned this App when talking about the Penfriend Audio Labeler.

Okay then there’s really no excuse for performance issues then, must have a

Thanks, some people unfortunately just have built-in prejudices/bias or just

I’ve never seen this item before so am greatly impressed by the amount of input

Hi all,
Recently there was some discussion about TapinRadio crashing for some
people on the list.
I mentioned that I had solved this problem by uninstalling my anti-virus
program which is ESET Smart Security version 8, updating TapinRadio with
the latest station presets and then re-installin
I have a 6+, but I used digit-eyes on a 5 and by the time you positioned
the camera properly, etc. it could take some time and sometimes I could
not get it to see the label, and the specialized devices work
immediately, so this is why I use them instead.

I have had a Pen Friend for a number of years.
I use mine regularly. Sometimes it does feel a bit cumbersome, but it is
like anything else...if you want to use it, you will use it.
I use mine mostly for marking SD card holders, program CDs, and other
smaller things.

And they usually will help you with that if you set up an account; they
remember what you ordered before and will make sure you get the right

What model of iPhone are you using Digit-Eyes on? I’m curious as to whether it

not one of those Apps I use each and every day though it does come into its own

I can’t comment on the labeled as

I too have one and rarely use it. My reason is I have the tiniest bit of
vision and if I use huge print I can see the item's title. If one had no
other choice, the unit is okay, but if you have an iPhone, you have several
options which work very well.

Digit-eyes works great, but it takes too long, pen friend or another

I use it all the time, you have to watch that when you order labels a
second time, you order a differentletter otherwise you will get the same
numbers, otherwise its fine.
