well, compaired to the olympus recorders the stream is horid, in the
recording aspect.
but the plextalk pocket far surpasses the recording of any one of the
olympus recorders
. Is it folks like Sound
Professionals in the US that do this sort of thing too?

Just to add more to this mix, how is recording quality with the Booksense
as compared to the Plextalk? Anyone

with the newer firmware upgrade, the Plextalk pocket got just as good if not
better than the Victor stream. it is more responsive than before, and if you
have prepared books in the stream with the companion software, the Plextalk
will recognize the folders and play them just fine
i would actually would have to respectfully disagree with you tim, the
plextalk pocket far suppass's the book sens, and victor reader stream.
for theone of the biggest reasons, no needed folder structor neeing to be
created on the sd cards unlike the stream, or book sense.
just place
: Blind Computer Users Plextalk Pocket ptp1version
3.0firmwarenowavailable.
Just to add more to this mix, how is recording quality with the Booksense as

know?

I was hoping there was some kind of discussion list
hours of battery life. If I'm wrong about this then all I can
say is I must have missed it in my readings.
