They're everywhere and cheap. I imagine they're all pretty much the same.
I just put one in my machine for $15 or so with two internal and four
external USB 2.0 ports. I used to get that message about plugging in a high
speed
USB cards are not all the same as not only do amounts of memory vary but
also speeds which usually charge more for the faster.

it is both a PCI card and a USB card, but the USB card is like a box where
yoou can connect to your stereo. and you can connect it to every PC which
have USB.
