Hi!
I have no trouble playing M4A files with Windows Media Player under Windows 7
but can't do the same with Windows Media Player under Windows Xp, does anyone
know of a plug-in or anything I can get to change this?
Not asking for myself really as I don't much care for audio under Windows

Switch can do this. It comes as trialware, but after the trial period,

converting M4A files would still work. Note that it won't break DRM.

Hi!
I would personally upgrade. I believe that version 5.13 is the version that
a lot of people are using now, but I am using the latest version, 5.22, with
no problems. The built-in scripts make it even more functional. You could
also try using goldwave or soundforge to convert the files.
Kelly,
My suggestion, upgrade that winamp. I'm going to tell you that Winamp 5.22
is very good for you, and very snappy.
Thanks,
