With function 15 set to 1, there is no discernable imprint on
Kodachrome 25, although it prints perfectly clearly on 64.

1.Check your shutter speed and exposure mode first !
2.When flash is ready , does the green flash-sign lights up in
viewfinder?
3.Are you using dedicated flash for PENTAX ?
4.Maybe bad contact..?
Z- cameras uses digital protocol for changing info with flash and you
can´t change it .
