Tell them you're a surveyor. We can trespass whilst on duty. Well at least I could until June 8th this year.:-) If its a standard two lane road , its probably 1 chain wide(66'). Pace off 33' from the centre of the pavement and you will see whats private and public.It will get you close enough.

Thanks. You are right, no one had time to change lenses. I wanted it a little tighter, but made do with what was on the camera. Dose anyone think it would benefit from a bit of cropping? It was sharpened, but otherwise untouched. I'm somewhat "crop-happy" but I think this one looks great the way
