The AF080C is an excellent flash. It can be used on any lens with a 49 mm
filter ring and with adapters can take larger lenses up to 58mm, which would
include the 70-200 f4 zoom and even the more modern 100-300 af lenses. It is
probably recommended for the 50-100 macros because that is a
