recent cruise, buried away in the contract sections nobody bothers to read, was
a prohibition against on-board photography for commercial purposes [they don't
want competition with their paid/contracted staff photogr
If you're not planning to sell photos or use them for advertising purposes, you
don't need model releases. Asking cruise guests to sign a release would be odd
and off putting.
