I like it as is. You might want to burn in the highlights and (maybe) midtones on everything behind her spine - mostly the guy behind her and the highlight on her bar stool. That reduces the distraction but preserves the atmosphere. I'd leave the bottom of the frame as is as the empty stool

Interesting and pleasing image. I really like the way you caught the light from the smart phone on her face. If it were my image. I would keep the gent next to her -- I think he adds to the atmosphere -- but I would eliminate or darken the bright light in the upper left, and perhaps brighten up
