There is a lot to like in this shot. The one issue for me is that the
upper background is stealing my attention away from the leaf. I think
because the golden color showing through in the leaf is muted and the
background is so strong. If you were to crop it just about at the top
of the nee
before the sun goes away at its annual winter
vacation.

Hi Tim,
I like the shot but it seems overexposed or poorly processed. Adding an
adjustment layer and moving the shadow slider up to about 35 or 40 might
improve the saturation and tonality quite a bit. Looking at the histogram,
it appears you've some highlight clipping, which is causing the OOF
