Bipin, Thank you for sharing your experience and advice. My inks are declared to be pigment type and understand that this might have something to do with my problem. I think I will be looking for different papers first. While refilling, I will certainly consider non-Epson ones as well. >A

The Office Max, et al, stores here in Central FL quit taking the Epson cartridges. Say that the refills they use them for are high return for defects. Those coupons/cards are great however and make the effective price very good. I ordered some cartridges from atlex today for my R1800 and R220.
