There is something that is not on my other two digital slr's sticking out about

Dave, I assume that you are putting the CF card in face toward you.
(Please excuse me if the question is insulting. It's meant to be helpful.)
Your dealer can certainly order a replacement camera if need be, or you
can send it to Pentax for repair. If you like the camera other than this
problem
Hey Dave, where in the compartmment is this 'clip' that is in the way?
There is very little in there, maybe by comparing to mine the fix will
be real simple.
The only things that resemble 'clips' to me are just little tension
springs on the sides. Sounds like one got bent the wrong way.
