and flashed and will I get much better results with this lens

Canon 9900F at 3200dpi and adjusted in Photoshop.

I got a nearly new Pentax A50mm 2.8 macro lens from an internet
to macro photography yet, that was one of the first shots,
maybe I nedd to focus better :-)
